Gifts from the Apothecary

In this three-hour workshop we’ll begin with a short talk on how to confidently work with herbs as a daily life practice. There will also be space for any questions you have and guidance for personalizing your herbal creations.
We will then create:
- 2 x 1 oz herbal tea blend
- 2 x ½ pint herbal tonic (herbs infused in apple cider vinegar)
- 2 x 1 oz herbal lip balm
All herbs provided are naturally grown and gathered on the Clarendon Herbal farm in Central Frontenac.
